Leadership can look successful and still feel misaligned

→ You carry significant responsibility, yet rarely have space to process what it is forming in you.

→ You have achieved external success, but internally something no longer feels integrated.

→ Faith and work once felt integrated. Now they feel compartmentalized.

Raise Your Hand
If This IS You

→ You are a Christian woman leading in a senior role, business, nonprofit, community or transition, and the decisions you carry are not small.

→ You sense you are entering a new season, but you want to discern it carefully rather than react quickly.

→ You are not looking for surface-level leadership tips. You want formation, depth, and alignment.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is for women who carry responsibility, feel the weight of calling, and know their capacity must be matched by deeper formation. They are ready to lead with holy boldness, not fragmentation.

  • This formation is best for seasons when you feel stretched — promoted, repositioned, or entrusted with more and recognize that leadership capacity must be matched by spiritual formation.

  • It’s a biblically based personal, leadership, and spiritual formation program designed to help you lead from identity, not performance.

  • Up to 20 women total in Online Cohort.

5 of those 20 participate in the Immersive Retreat.

  • Unlike traditional leadership programs, this formation experience works from the inside out. We strengthen identity, alignment, and spiritual discernment alongside leadership strategy and decision-making, following the arc of Called, Formed, and Commissioned—clarifying your assignment, strengthening your core, and commissioning you to lead with Kingdom authority.

  • It is an integration of both, as teaching establishes biblical and leadership frameworks, but you will be personally challenged, stretched, and refined through direct coaching and peer coaching.

  • FTL follows a leadership formation arc: Called, Formed, and Commissioned. Each arc is given six months because real transformation requires time, integration and lived practice.

  • About 3 hours of online facilitation and 2–4 hours of self-study, reflection, peer coaching, and reading.

  • No, the Online Formation Cohorts are virtual for women who want structure and growth without travel.

  • Calls will be recorded and forwarded.

  • The 18 months establishes foundation and strengthening. Women will receive a certificate of completion and are either commissioned forward into their next season or may choose to continue in deeper refinement through alumni events, international travel cohorts, masterminds, or private coaching pathways.

  • Fantastic; however, we believe that participants should personally invest in their own growth and formation alongside third party sponsorship.

  • Yes, online sessions are facilitated virtually at 12:00pm – 1:30pm ET biweekly
